Ms. Cindy Marie Hayes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. She maintains Instructional II certifications in both Elementary Education (K-6) and Special Education (N-12).Driven by the belief that all children possess unique abilities and are deeply important, she is dedicated to creating an inclusive classroom where every student can thrive.

With over 20 years of educational experience, Sister Cindy brings more than two decades of experience in education, special education, early intervention, and educational leadership. Her career has included leadership and instructional roles in public schools, private educational programs, early childhood centers, and special education settings throughout Pennsylvania. 
She has served as an Assistant Director, Lead Teacher, Early Intervention Specialist, Case Manager, School Liaison, and Special Education Teacher. Her extensive experience working with diverse learners allows her to create inclusive and highly effective learning environments that help students achieve academic success while building confidence and independence.

Ms. Doaa Tharwat is a graduate of Al-Azhar University in Egypt with 10 years of experience working in an elementary school. She has studied Tajweed rules and Qaida Noorania and has memorized many Juz’ of the Holy Quran. She has also completed the Islamic Studies course at Zad Academy and the “Take It as a Blessing” course on Surah Al-Baqarah.

She is passionate about teaching the Holy Quran to children and helping them develop a love for the Quran and Islamic values. She enjoys working with young learners and strives to explain lessons in a simple, clear, and engaging way that makes learning easy and enjoyable. Her goal is to help children build a strong foundation in Quranic recitation and Islamic education while nurturing their love for the Holy Quran.

Ms. Azza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and brings valuable experience working with young children in early childhood settings. Her academic background includes studies in child psychology, stages of child development, and children’s emotional, social, and educational needs. This foundation allows her to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every child can grow with confidence and joy.

She is passionate about early childhood education and believes in nurturing each child’s abilities through play-based learning, positive guidance, and strong communication with families. She looks forward to working closely with parents and supporting each child’s learning and development throughout the year.

Ms. Rubina Samreen is an experienced teacher who holds a BTech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She brings more than 5 years of teaching experience across different age groups within our community. Her teaching background includes working as a High School Mathematics and Islamic Studies teacher, where she planned full lesson outlines, made quizzes, and led class talks on ethics and critical thinking. Additionally, she has served as a lead teacher in summer camps, guiding children through interactive seasonal activities.

She uses her strong background to build friendly, highly interactive classrooms for our youngest students. She is highly skilled at teaching basic lessons in Math, Science, English Language Arts, and Islamic Studies.
